The transaction was painless and explained to us in words we could understand. There wasn’t any unnecessary pressure to do anything we weren’t comfortable with, and we definitely enjoyed working with you and everyone involved. All of our questions answered along the way and we had a lot of them! As first time home buyers, it is really important that the realtor and other agents have patience with us.
We were nervous and uncomfortable with the language and the procedures at first, but Lyn really took the time to explain everything that was going on and give us her feedback, professional opinion, and any other advice she had. She did a great job pointing out pros and cons of houses, and referring us to other sources of information if needed. Her experience was invaluable to us. She also kept us well informed of everything that was happening so we didn’t have to worry (too much!).
We enjoyed visiting her office (it was really nice) and everyone we interacted with along the way were friendly and accommodating. It was nice that Lyn had built great relationships with many essential people in the field – we felt that we could trust her and the people she trusted and they did not disappoint! I would go as far as to say that our expectations were exceeded in every way. We wouldn’t hesitate to refer Lyn to other people, and to use her and Keller Williams again in any future housing needs.

Family home for 55 years!
Just want to thank you again for your wonderful assistance in selling our family home. You were unbelievable in your devotion to detail and hard work and willingness to do whatever jobs were needed to move the process along. In the end I don't think the sale could have gone any smoother. I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a great realtor in the Twin Cities. Have a great rest of the summer.

As a first-time homebuyer, Lyn's experience was invaluable to me. She was very patient answering all my questions, and her knowledge about remodeling projects was great. If something needed fixing at one of the houses we visited, Lyn could tell me about how much it would cost to make those repairs. Lyn was so dedicated that when it started downpouring on our first house visit, she still took me to see the other five houses we had planned to see that day! I didn't feel any pressure to buy a certain house or look at a certain price range. Lyn was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I'm grateful for her help in finding my first home! |
